Sales Manager (Job Code: SL - 06)
Locations: Pune, Chennai & Noida

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • 8+years of experience
  • Ability to work with C level executives and large dealers
  • Hands on experience in market control and profitability focus
  • Should be technology driven and should have knowledge/experience of supply chain or ERP domain
  • Skilled in hyper growth and market share gain
  • Should be aware of the complete sales cycle preferably from product and have ability to analyze the funding of an enterprise
  • Familiarity with venture capitalists expectations
  • Determine and transition implementation scope effectively to post-sales resources

Essential Education, Skills, and Environment:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Good analytical, presentation and communication skills
  • Hands-on experience with computer based applications
  • Materials or parts planning experience and/or field service background a plus 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, team player in action and spirit
  • Understanding of Relational databases and the use of SQL query language

C# .NET Developer (Job Code: CN - 02)
Location: Pune

Job Description:

Software developer required in a highly competent product development team of Entercoms. Thecandidate is expected to have a thorough understanding of object oriented programming (OOP) conceptsand knowledge of C#.NET language. Prior experience in product development environment will be anadvantage. Good written and verbal communication in English language is a foremost requirement

Mandatory Skills:

  • At least 2 years of software industry experience
  • Solid object oriented programming skills
  • Knowledge of C#.NET 1.0+
  • Knowledge of Visual Studio .NET 2003+
  • Ability to solve complex problems independently

Adobe Flex Developer (Job Code: FD - 02)
Location: Pune

Job Description:

Software developer required in a highly competent product development team of Entercoms. Thecandidate is expected to have good knowledge of Adobe Flex. Prior experience in product developmentenvironment will be an advantage. Good written and verbal communication in English language is aforemost requirement.

Mandatory Skills:

  • At least 2 years of software industry experience
  • Knows in and out of Adobe Flex 2.0 component framework, life-cycle, and hacks to improve performance, extend or trim down
  • Good at overall architecture, understands application at higher level
  • Takes decision on MVC (P) approach, works closely with web application and Flex developers
  • Knowledge of J2EE patterns, some design patterns, Cairngorm
  • Understanding of Adobe Flash player communication/data services
  • Good at skinning and styling (CSS), works closely with designers
  • Knowledge of best-practices in Flex/Flash

Java Architect (Job Code: JV - 05)
Location: Pune

Job Description:

  • Architect, design and implement J2EE based enterprise solutions
  • Define valid product designs that meet client and corporate requirements and specifications.
  • Work with team leads and project managers to determine system objectives, constraints and solve design problems.
  • Be Responsible for the analysis, design and vision of the solution to ensure it is adhering to overall end-to-end product development.
  • Resolve design/technology issues.
  • Ensure that the architecture / design caters to the non functional requirements specified.
  • Conduct research to identify new technologies to be adopted to keep the product updated.
  • Identify new methodologies for making development more cost effective.
  • Conduct regular design and code reviews.
  • Monitor development progress, course correction and enforce development methodologies for the project.
  • Document software designs.
  • Provide technical leadership on a variety of projects.
  • Ensure proper knowledge transfer related to new technologies to developers, other system architects and project teams.

Required skill sets:

  • At least 7 years of hands on experience in technologies like JSP, Servlets, Struts, J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, Java design patters, XML, UML, SQL, PL/SQL.
  • Should have experience working on products and should have been involved in end to end product development lifecycles.
  • Experience on supply chain products will be a plus.
