Nitin Ahuja, Founder and CEO
Nitin Ahuja is founder, chairman, and CEO of Entercoms and its parent company ECMi. He started his career at Xerox, where as indirect channels manager he led one of the first successful engineering outsourcing projects to India. He recognized the opportunity for well-managed onshore/offshore teams for developing high-quality enterprise applications, and founded Anavidere Technologies in 1995. Anavidere was one of the first companies to use the ASP model, providing hosted warehouse management software to small and mid-sized businesses. Its innovative hosted software model and the value of the additional services it offered, led to Anavidere being acquired by a leading provider of warehouse management applications. Nitin then founded ECMi in 2001 to develop applications for collaborative performance management in supply chains. As ECMi expanded to meet its partners' demands for custom enterprise application development and delivery services, this soon became a major focus for the company and the genesis of Entercoms. Nitin has over 20 years of experience in technology and enterprise software application industry. He earned a B.S. in mathematics and physics from Pune University and an MBA from the Institute of Management Development and Research, both in Pune, India.
Dr. Rahul Singh, Co-Founder and EVP Product Strategy
Dr. Rahul Singh has over 15 years of experience designing, building and implementing supply chain management solution. At Entercoms, he is responsible for building the service-oriented delivery platform for the next generation of supply chain enterprise applications. Prior to joining Entercoms, Rahul held senior program management and product marketing roles at i2 Technologies, where he worked with a large number of Fortune 500 companies in the high-tech, retail, CPG and automotive industry verticals. These customers included companies such as IBM, Dell, HP, Toshiba, VF Corp and Caterpillar. Dr. Singh has contributed to many product innovations in supply chain management, including a high-performance order-by-order planning system for use in fashion goods and consumer packaged goods industries, and patterns for single and multi-tier collaboration between buyers and suppliers in the hi-tech industry. He has published articles in professional journals and conferences on the economics of product line design. He holds a B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering and a master's degree in Industrial Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, India, and a Ph. D. in Operations Management from the McCombs Business School at the University of Texas at Austin.
Bhaskar Banerjee, Executive Director
Bhaskar is an Electronics Engineer with a MBA from Indian Institute of Bangalore. Bhaskar has 15 years of experience in management consulting, IT and process outsourcing. He held senior positions with PricewaterhouseCoopers, General Electric and Genpact prior to joining Entercoms. Bhaskar led major accounts for GE’s outsourcing arm in the US and grew its business volume by three times in two years. In Genpact, Bhaskar led the manufacturing vertical and managed complex supply chain implementations and business operations. He also led the Kolkata site of Genpact as the site leader.
Pulin Kumar, Director of Operations (India)
Pulin Kumar has over 9 years of experience in finance, software and business process outsourcing (BPO). He has held a number of technical and team leadership roles at companies including Accenture, Infonox and Wipro, where he has been recognized multiple times for technical and managerial excellence. Pulin holds a B. Com. and an MBA from Pune University.
Vasu Ramanujam, Director of Product Marketing (India)
Vasu Ramanujam has over 19 years of managerial experience in manufacturing and software development in India. He has the unique combination of technical, leadership and entrepreneurial skills necessary to build, grow and sustain software development teams. He has prior experience with Alfa Laval, a Swedish multinational; Tigrsoft (later acquired by Matrikon); Seacom, a provider of retail software; and CCTechSchool, a provider of e-learning solutions. He holds a B. Tech. and an M. Tech. from the National Institute of Industrial Engineering (NITIE) in Mumbai, India.
